A pink beefsteak tomato with dense flesh and a mild, sweet flavor.

What I appreciate about Zoe’s Sweet is its dense flesh and mild flavor, with a noticeable sweetness. Its sweetness is accompanied by subtle acidity, while its aromas add depth to the tasting experience. Its pink tomatoes weigh between 150 and 400 g, ranging from medium to large.

Its plant reaches about 100 to 150 cm in height and has potato-leaf foliage in a rarely seen color: chartreuse green.

Zoe’s Sweet was selected and named by Craig LeHoullier from the “Morty” family. Nancy Ruhl and Bill Minkey also contributed to the development of this variety as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project.

Every variety has its own personality. The best tomato isn’t the one that everyone likes, but the one that finds its place in your garden, your kitchen, and your habits.
