Indeterminate variety with potato leaves, of American Heritage dating from the 18th century. Its dense, purplish-pink flesh has an excellent sweet, complex and aromatic flavor. Productive plant giving large fleshy pink fruits, like Beefsteak, weighing between 400 g. and 1 kilo, sometimes more! 80-90 days.

Sow indoors, 5mm deep, 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Transplant. Gradually acclimatize outdoors, before transplanting, when all risk of frost has passed.
