An heirloom Italian tomato that produces beautiful clusters of elongated red fruits, appreciated for their versatility in the kitchen.
What I appreciate about Dix Doigts de Naples is its generous clusters and the many ways its fruits can be used in the kitchen. Its elongated tomatoes contain few seeds and have firm flesh that makes them particularly well suited to preserving and cooking. They are also an excellent choice for dehydrating, allowing you to enjoy their flavor in another form.
This heirloom variety, originating from the Naples region of Italy, is suitable for making sauces, purées and preserves, as well as salsas and salads. A versatile variety that offers many ways to enjoy the harvest.
Its indeterminate plant produces generous clusters of fruit in approximately 65 to 75 days.
Every variety has its own personality. The best tomato isn’t the one that everyone likes, but the one that finds its place in your garden, your kitchen, and your habits.
