Variety of Italian-style red pepper, selected for its smooth appearance, thin skin, thick flesh and rich red color. Excellent variety for roasting, the skin peels off easily. Productive plant giving sweet fruits about fifteen cm long, with good conservation. Developed by Frank Morton. 80-105 days.

Sow indoors, 5 mm deep, 6 to 12 weeks before the last frost. Pick up. Gradually acclimate outdoors, before transplanting, when all risk of frost has passed.
