A pink heart-shaped tomato with a mild, sweet flavor.
What impresses me about Pink Passion is the beauty of its heart-shaped fruits. This is a tomato that is all about gentleness. The sweetness is present, while the acidity remains subtle. The flesh is dense and juicy. Its pink fruits weigh between 100 and 150 g.
Its compact, productive plant reaches about 1 m in height and has dense, rugose foliage.
Pink Passion was developed as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project, a collaborative dwarf tomato breeding project involving Craig LeHoullier.
Every variety has its own personality. The best tomato isn’t the one that everyone likes, but the one that finds its place in your garden, your kitchen, and your habits.
