Melissa officinalis

Aromatic and medicinal bee perennial, used in the form of herbal tea, to enhance pestos, or to flavor salads. It is appreciated for relieving insomnia, nervousness, digestive disorders... Bees love its nectar!

Put the seeds in sand or barely moist potting soil in the fridge, for two weeks before sowing, on the surface. Transplant in the spring, spaced 60 cm apart. Reseeds easily, cut the flowering tops to avoid invasion.
