Coreopsis grandiflora

Its bright yellow daisy-like flowers attract pollinators (bees, hoverflies and butterflies). The feet left behind for the fall and winter are a source of food for seed-eating birds. Sun plant with a height of 60 cm, tolerates drought and prefers well-drained soil.

Direct sowing on the surface, 40 cm apart, in autumn or early spring, keep moist. If the cold weather has passed, put in sand or barely humid potting soil for 4 weeks to break the dormancy.
